Shipping policy

Order processing times:

Please allow 2-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Shipping Methods & rates:

We will let you know which courier service we are using and also provide you a tracking number for your order. Once processed, orders shipped typically arrive in 1-3 working days. 

We are not responsible for delays occurred by courier services.

All orders under 200€ are subjected to a shipping cost of 3,99€. Orders above 200€ are shipped free of cost.
